THE SUPERVISOR

Although I am still new with the company, 5 months to be exact. I am thankful that I had been given a chance to experience professional growth and be endorsed as a Tier II CSR. This department is involved with more complicated situations of our customers such as Information Verification, Approval of Credits, and etc. The most exciting part I could say is everytime I am taking supervisory calls wherein you experience and get the chance to talk to different kinds of people with different kinds of personality. (AT LEAST, i had a chance to become a supervisor eventhough it is only through the calls. haha!) Sad to say, I need to quit the job too soon to be able for me to explore further in my chosen field of profession. Never did I regret applying for this job. It made me become a more responsible and disciplined individual. One of a kind experience, I could say.
